MENTAL HEALTH
It doesn't take too much effort to take good care of your mental health. There are many things you could do and here are some examples: Meditation; Diary; Therapist; Yoga.
If you choose to meditate, you can choose how long your meditation sessions are. However, if you don't know how to meditate then you could easily search for tutorials on YouTube or find local meditation sessions. Here is a video that I'd recommend:https://youtu.be/inpok4MKVLM
At first it may sound silly or feel time consuming but writing in a diary or a thought book can be relaxing. It could be a book with a lock or even an app/note on your phone, tablet or computer. You don't have to write everything at once. Instead, write any time you want to release any emotions or thoughts.
At first, the thought of a therapist may seem overwhelming or expensive but if you feel like you have found a good therapist or it is how you are most comfortable taking care of yourself, then you can book monthly, weekly or even daily sessions. Of course, take your time and don't rush yourself. Additionally, if you are going to a therapist and not a psychiatrist (who has a medical degree) then they are legally not allowed to disclose any of the information from your sessions without your permission, even if you're a minor.
Yoga can kill two birds with one stone. It is not only great for you, mentally but also physically. Again, if you don't know how to begin then you could easily search for tutorials on YouTube or find local yoga sessions. Here is a video I'd recommend: https://youtu.be/wa1b3KpmLlE
