Physical health is making sure you take care of your body which doesn't only mean workimg out. It also means that you make sure to get enough vitamins, carbohydrates, protein etc. The first step to being physically healthy is to have a good diet. To assure that you do, it would be best to visit a nutritionist or your doctor. After you have secured your diet, decide which physical activity is best suited for you. Not all exercises are very heavy or draining but are still good for the body for example: yoga, swimming, zumba  ect...
